Ina multi-lingual, multi-ethnic, multi-cultural country like ours, traditional indigenous cultures representing dress, festival, religious fair, music, dance, language are on the verge of extinction. Western culture is enormously encroaching upon our culture and its originality is being eroded.In order to utilize the Nepalese natural and cultural heritage for domestic and international tourism, pilgrimage, and for the development of employment oriented industry and trade, the process of making adequate investment for heavy infrastructure is still at initial stage.
