Responsible Travel

Responsible Travel The definition of responsible tourism according to the Eveil Network:
It's a tourism or leisure activity implementing practices that are respectful of natural and cultural environment and which contributes in an ethical manner to the local economic development. It therefore favors the tourist awareness concerning his own impacts on the local territory and makes him an actor of his consumption. Responsible tourism involves all forms of tourism development, management and activity which respect and preserve natural, cultural and social resources in the long run, and contribute in a positive and equitable way to the development and fulfillment of individuals living, working and staying in these areas.
